Move It or Lose It is an exercise company founded by Julie Robinson, who has dedicated her career to motivating thousands of people to keep active in later life. They are offering live workout sessions on its Facebook page. They also have exercise tips for keeping active at home on their website.
The nation’s children have been tuning in at 9am on a weekday morning for PE lessons with Joe Wicks. He has also shared a 10-minute chair workout for older people on his YouTube channel.
Popular online yoga teacher Adriene has loads of yoga routines on YouTube to suit a range of abilities. These are her classes for beginners. There is also a short class for people spending a lot of time sitting down or at their desk, which you can find here.
