We worked with amazing organisations across Camden to tackle loneliness and social isolation.

Our Ageing Better in Camden activities were delivered by a number of partner organisations across the borough until 31 December 2021. For seven years our Delivery Partners have tackled loneliness and social isolation in our community with creativity, compassion and innovation.

Many of our Delivery Partners continue to work with older people, often using a hybrid approach of in-person, phone and digital to ensure everyone can get the social connection they need. Use the information below to contact them if you’d like to get involved.
