The 'Seldom Heard' Inclusion Toolkit was produced as part of the race and social inclusion project forming part of the Yorkshire and Humber Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP) Project. The toolkit was designed to help staff work with ‘Seldom Heard’ groups to identify and implement action that promotes inclusion in terms of both access to and shaping of services.
